Catshack, an established luxury cat accommodation came to us for a complete rebrand and website refresh under new ownership.
The Strategy
With a reputation built over many years, the goal was to honour the business’s legacy while introducing a more modern, elevated identity that reflects its renewed vision and high standard of care.
Catshack one of the few cat accommodations offering open, light-filled communal spaces. It’s a defining point of difference that became central to the brand story and we wanted the brand to feel as calm, natural, and spacious as the environment itself.
The previous maroon-heavy palette and dated visuals no longer aligned with the experience the new owner was creating — one of warmth, care, and understated luxury.
Our strategy focused on stripping back the old identity and reimagining it through a softer, more timeless lens: gentle neutrals, organic textures, and a tone that felt both elegant and welcoming.
The Solution
We began with a complete logo redesign inspired by openness and flow, with subtle feline references that feel sophisticated rather than literal.
The refreshed visual identity informed the website design: clean layouts, generous white space, and a tone of voice that communicates trust, comfort, and care.
On the technical side, we rebuilt the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro and a booking calendar system. The site is rebuilt with flexibility in mind: it is easy for the team to update, maintain, and scale as the business grows.
Every detail was considered for user experience: intuitive navigation, clear information hierarchy, and imagery that showcases the calm, spacious environment cats (and their humans) will love.
The result: a brand and website that feel refined, grounded, and distinctly modern, positioning the accommodation as a leader in luxury feline care.
